Made with local artisanal flour blend, these vegetarian empanadas are a whole-grain version of a classic street food found all across Latin America. Stuffed with organic spinach, sundried tomatoes, olives, cheese and spices.
To prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes or until warm all the way through.
