Made with ancient grains spelt and red fife, these empanadas are a whole-grain version of a classic street food found all across Latin America. Stuffed with naturally raised pork sausage from Green Gate Farms, kale and onions.
To prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes or until warm all the way through.
