Made with local artisanal flour blend, these vegetarian empanadas are a whole-grain version of a classic street food found all across Latin America. Stuffed with organic quinoa, tomatoes, spinach, cheese, and spices sourced from local Ontario farmers.

To prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes or until warm all the way through.
