Made with ancient grains spelt and red fife, these vegan empanadas are a whole-grain version of a classic street food found all across Latin America. Stuffed with organic black beans, sweet potato, and spices sourced from local Ontario farmers.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes or until warm all the way through.
